Pistachio Weetabix Cups

You guys LOVE the weetabix cups. Jumping on the pistachio bangwagon, we had to create this version. A great addition to your weekly meal plan and the mid-afternoon pick me up we all need.

Nutrition

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Crush your Weetabix and combine in a bowl with all of your ingredients to make a brownie-like batter.

4 Weetabix

60 g Chocolate protein powder

20 g Peanut butter

60 ml Maple syrup

100 ml Milk

Step 2

Place into muffin holes. Melt your dark chocolate and drizzle over. Swirl in pistachio cream. Top with sea salt flakes (optional).

Step 3

Freeze for at least 2 hours so the cups become hard.
