Chocolate & Raspberry Chia Pots

These are a great meal prep snack idea - packed with protein and fibre - perfect to keep you satiated in between meals. This recipe is also a good breakfast idea. You can alter the portion sizes to make it more appropriate for a meal.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add the fresh raspberries to each bowl and crush with the back of a fork.

30 g Fresh raspberries

Step 2

Add the Greek yogurt, semi skimmed milk, chia seeds, and honey or sweetener to each bowl and mix well till combined.

125 g 0% greek yogurt

30 ml Almond milk

1 1/2 tbsp Chia seeds

1 tsp Honey

Step 3

In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil till smooth, microwaving slowly until just melted.

10 g Dark chocolate

1/4 tsp Coconut oil

Step 4

Drizzle the chocolate over the top and carefully spread and smooth with the back of a spoon.

Step 5

Top with extra broken up raspberries and flakey sea salt and refrigerate for minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
