1 tbsp Granulated sweetener

1 tsp Vanilla extract

Fold in dry ingredients. Add in raspberries and chocolate chips.

1 tsp Baking powder

1/3 cup Frozen raspberries

40 g White chocolate chips

Step 3

Divide into 9 muffin cases.

Step 4

Top with extra raspberries and white chocolate chips.

Step 5

Bake at 180°C for 25–30 mins (until golden).
