Raspberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

Overnight oats is a great meal prep breakfast option. It's an easy way to pack in protein and fibre, and bonus points for it tasting like a delicious dessert.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Make up the overnight oats layer with oats, protein powder, chia seeds, flaxseeds and almond milk.

50 g Oats

30 g Vanilla protein powder

1 tsp Chia seeds

1 tsp Flaxseeds

150 ml Almond milk

Step 2

For best results, leave this to set overnight, however, you can do this next step straight away if you just want to grab and go in the morning.

Step 3

Mix up the cheesecake layer with cream cheese, yoghurt and honey.

10 g Light cream cheese

20 g 0% yoghurt

1 tsp Honey

Step 4

Microwave raspberries for 1 minute.

40 g Raspberries

Step 5

Lay the cream cheese mixture on top of the oats, then the raspberries, topped with a crushed digestive biscuit. Enjoy!
