Mango Chicken Flatbread

This is one of my favourite recipes yet. It feels fresh and summery, it's packed with the smokey curry flavours and sweetness from the mango. Whipped up in just 10 minutes!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Dice and season the chicken breast with curry powder, garam masala and garlic. Air fry at 180 degrees for 12 minutes (or pan fry until cooked through).

300 g Chicken breast

1 tsp Mild curry powder

1 tsp Garam masala

1 tsp Lazy garlic

Step 2

Mix up the salad ingredients with those listed above.

1/4 Cucumber

1/4 Red onion

Tomatoes

Fresh coriander

Salt

Pepper

Step 3

Mix up the mango chutney, honey and rice wine vinegar. Set aside.

1 tbsp Mango chutney

1 tsp Honey

1 tsp Rice wine vinegar

Step 4

Mix up the creamy sauce with yoghurt, garlic and lemon juice. Set aside.

60 0% Greek yoghurt

1/2 tsp Lazy garlic

1 tsp Lemon juice

Step 5

With a few minutes remaining on the air fryer, brush over the mango chutney sauce and cook for the last few minutes.

1 tsp Mango chutney

Step 6

Sprinkle the flatbreads with water and grill for 2-3 minutes.

2 Flatbreads

Step 7

Spread the garlic, creamy sauce on the flatbreads. Top with salad and then mango chicken.

Step 8

Sprinkle over the everything seasoning and enjoy.
