Korean "Beef" Tacos

I'm loving a veggie recipe at the moment. These korean beef tacos, made with quorn mince are so full of flavour, takes less than 10 minutes to put together and also, really cost effective. Of course, the quorn mince can be subbed out with real mince (whatever floats your boat!).

Step 1

In a pan on medium to high heat, add fry light with the mince. Fry off for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, chop lettuce, coriander and make up your slaw by combining it with greek yoghurt. Make up your sauce with the ingredients listed.

Step 3

Add your homemade Korean bbq sauce to the mince and give this a mix.

Step 4

Take the mince out the pan and set aside. Give the pan a rinse and then dry fry the tacos to harden them slightly for 1-2 minutes each side.
