Step 1

In a bowl, mix oats, oat flour, nut butter, honey, and water until it forms a sticky dough.

Step 2

In a pan over medium heat, cook the blueberries until they break down and resemble jam.

Step 3

Press half the oat mixture into a parchment-lined dish to form the base.

Step 4

Spread the blueberry “jam” over the base and top with the remaining oat mixture.

Step 5

Freeze for 1 hour until firm.
