Mini Egg Weetabix Cheesecake

It's Easter week so all the mini eggs must be consumed. With nutritional goals that also need to be met, this high-protein weetabix cheesecake ticks all the chocolatey boxes.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a glass Tupperware or bowl, crush two Weetabix and add 40ml milk. Combine and press down to create a base.

2 Weetabix

40 ml Almond milk

Step 2

Mix together Greek yoghurt and protein powder. Add this to the Weetabix base and smooth over.

150 g 0% greek yoghurt

15 g Chocolate protein powder

Step 3

Mix up the chocolate sauce with cocoa powder, maple syrup and water. Add this to the top of the cheesecake and smooth over. Top with mini eggs.

1 tbsp Cocoa powder

1 tbsp Maple syrup

1 1/2 tbsp Water

3 Mini eggs

Step 4

For best results, leave in the fridge overnight or for at least a couple of hours to set.
