Step 1
In a bowl, combine the weetabix, protein powder, espresso and boiling water.
Step 2
Mix until the weetabix and protein powder are dissolved and everything becomes a thick oatmeal texture. Optional: you can add maple syrup or honey if you taste it and want it sweeter.
Step 3
Mix vanilla extract with Greek yoghurt and spread on top and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
