Oreo Weetabix Cheesecake

Gone are the days are Weetabix on their own! Weetabix Cheesecake is a great meal prep breakfast idea, packed with protein and it truly feels like dessert for breakfast, which bodes well for a great day ahead!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Crush two Weetabix and combine with 30ml milk to create the cheesecake base. Press down with the back of a spoon until smooth.

2 Weetabix

30 ml Almond milk

Step 2

Mix together yoghurt and protein powder until a smooth consistency. Place on top of cheesecake base and smooth over.

150 g 0% greek yoghurt

15 g Vanilla protein powder

Step 3

Crush 1 Oreo and sprinkle over. Top with an extra Oreo! This can be left in the fridge overnight or eaten straight away. Enjoy.
